Hot, fresh food at your door, and an easy fix if anything is not right.

Delivery areas and charges

Each branch delivers in its own area of Peshawar. Your order goes to the branch nearest to you. If we do not deliver to your address yet, you can order for pickup from any branch.

Delivery time

We show an estimated time when you order. Traffic, weather and busy hours can sometimes add a few minutes. Follow your order live on the tracking page: Confirmed, Preparing, Out for delivery, Delivered.

When the rider arrives

• Please keep your phone on. The rider will call you when they arrive.
• Pay in cash, or scan our official QR code shown by the rider.
• Please check your items at the door.

Pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from the branch when the tracking page shows it is ready. Please bring your order number.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Call or WhatsApp the branch before it starts preparing your order and we will cancel it. Once your food is being made or is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled.

Something not right?

If an item is missing, wrong or damaged, message the branch on WhatsApp within 2 hours with your order number and a photo. We will send the right item, or give you a refund or credit on your next order, whichever you prefer.

Refunds for Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank payments go back to the same account. Cash refunds are given at the branch or with your next delivery.
